As part of their commitment to operational efficiency and environmental responsibility, our client - a leader in sustainable wastewater solutions - required structural upgrades to enhance accessibility and streamline movement across their facility.
The goal was simple, to improve site navigation while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Steelway designed, manufactured and installed a custom single-flight staircase with an industrial steel platform, alongside a cable bridge and a platform extension with supporting legs extending to the exterior of the chamber. These enhancements significantly improved connectivity and accessibility throughout the site.

The newly installed staircase and platform provide safe and efficient access to critical areas, while the cable bridge enhances movement between key sections. Additionally, the platform extension, reinforced by external supports, optimises workflow by improving site accessibility.
