Key Features and Benefits of the AMOB Electric Tube Bender

Precision and Versatility: Utilising the automated features of the numerically controlled Electric Tube Bender we are able to control our manufacturing tolerances and angle. Furthermore we can now manufacture handrail with tighter bend radius than ever before and control accuracy in 4 dimensions.

Ease of Use: We specified this investment to allow us to have a simple operation. The interfaceof our new Electric Tube Bender is seamless with the outputs from our drawing office which enables ease of manufacture and significantly reduces any opportunity for error.

Efficiency: We opted for an electric tube bender to ensure we continued to push forward with our business efficiency focus. The MDH Tube Bender is engineered to reduce power consumption and maintenance costs, and its simple design facilitates quick tool adjustments, ensuring optimal performance while minimising operational expenses.

Compact Design: Despite operating from a large manufacturing footprint, our high levels of production mean that space in our factories is always a premium. In preparation for the arrival of our new Electric Tube Bender we have been making some changes to our manufacturing layouts and have ensured that we have a designated space for the tube bender to live.

‍Our Current Handrail Process

Our current handrail manufacturingprocess requires a lot of manual labour compared to the MDH electric tubebender machine. The current process involves drawing bend points, marking tubesand using hydraulic benders followed by manual adjustments. This new electrictube bender machine will save time, reduce manual labour, and enable us toproduce more handrails in a shorter period.
